So where do they grow wheat? Or oats? I'm hitting up Kansas over the weekend.  We'll see what we see.

Bread need only have flour, water, yeast and salt, and if you are looking for a squishier bread some fat and sweetener, but they should be lower on the list than everything except the salt.
